IBM announced that Watson AI services now work at any cloud platform. Meantime in the afternoon the IBM shares traded at $135.97 up 1.46%. This is better than DOW jump today. The stock is outperforming above Apple, AAPL, today as well. AI is gathering pace as IBM announced the blockchain platform on cloud service in Australia in recent days.
